Thank you for finding your way to our website. We are a young, ambitious and future-oriented law firm with a notary's office in the commercial building "Erlen" on St.Gallerstrasse in Rapperswil-Jona SG. We also have a location in Richterswil ZH. The focus of our activities is on commercial law and civil law as well as on some areas of criminal law and administrative law. In addition to traditional legal advice and litigation, the firm's core competencies include out-of-court conflict resolution and notary services (notarization/certification).

Representation before courts and authorities

We support you in enforcing your claims and your rights (of a private and public nature) before all court instances in all German-speaking cantons.

After a careful assessment of your situation, we determine your personal goals and wishes together. We support you in the preparation of marriage contracts, wills, inheritance contracts, advance directives, living wills, etc.

Notarization / Certification

We offer notarial services in Rapperswil-Jona SG (e.g. for company foundations or changes, marriage contracts, advance directives, general or special powers of attorney, wills, inheritance contracts, certifications, etc.). The notarial services are exceptionally also available outside the usual office hours or at a location of your choice in the Canton of St.Gallen.
